Heart of Compassion Home Health Agency of Florida

This agency is just not good with communication at all. My mom used them for about 2 months and she loved one of her caregivers Lacresha, but no one was on the same page on why they removed Lacresha from my mothers case. Then they sent Maria who was also wonderful. The next 3 caregivers where awful, one could barely speak English after I specifically asked for an English speaking caregiver. Another one talked about her religion the entire shift which was very inappropriate. The last caregiver Gloria did absolutely nothing for my mother but sit on her couch and unload all of her personal business onto my mom. My mom felt the need to call me to ask for Gloria how I could her with getting her disabled child help which was so inappropriate, but my mom just did not know what to do. I said all of this to say the communication was not up to par and we have decided to leave this agency.

I am impressed at the efficiency and professionalism that I have experienced from Heart of Compassion. This company has totally been on point and great at making things happen, and answering my questions. The customer service in particular has been a tremendous help to my mother. I’m so glad that I found this agency

There's a free spirit in the house, meanin u could come in and be used right away with your God givin talents. Remember God is a spirit
