Abe was our point of contact with care for my brother. From the beginning of the process through the day of his passing, Abe was always accessible and helpful. He got things done in a timely manner. I’ve never been through a Hospice situation in my life and now have a good grasp of how process works. I can honestly say Abe and his team at Advantage are excellent health care providers. We were able to communicate with Abe and team from Advantage whenever we needed anything or something. From the very first call I had with Abe, I knew I had found the right Hospice team. The intake process was quick and easy. Within 24hrs all of my aunt's needs were met and a schedule was put in place. Abe was able to bring in a wound care specialist that turned things around. All the nurses and support staff were professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend Advantage Health Hospice Care for anyone going through a difficult time with a loved one.

Advantage Health has been a God send! The Assisted Living/Memory Care Home that has been caring for my mother referred us to them when my mother’s health was declining. They only had great things to say and my first conversation with Advantage Health confirmed it. I have had experiences with other companies that made me feel like they were only in it for the money but Advantage was completely different. They were truly concerned and wanted to know everything about my mother and her challenges, Alzheimer’s being one of them, and also about how my father and me and my siblings were doing. When we decided to go with them, my mother was provided everything she needed and more overnight.Their care team and nurses are exceptional and they even made sure my mother’s main nurse was Filipina so that the connection and bonding was seemless and that my mother felt at home, seen and loved. They have not only created a bond with my mother but with our family as well. Since they have stepped in, my mother’s mood swings have decreased immensely, she is less anxious and feels safe. We as a family know beyond a shadow of a doubt that not only our mother but we as a family are in good hands and that we will never be alone on this journey. We are incredibly thankful to Advantage Health for always being here for us day and night. You are truly a blessing!

This is the most caring, responsive, proficient, compassionate, and kind hospice group you may find. There aren't enough positive adjectives for me to describe the efforts of this team. One of their nurses, Jessica, cared for my dad while working dually under another hospice company. I felt things were not great, but didn't know any better. Jessica was honest and validated my concerns. I pursued Advantage Health Systems once I learned of the opportunity to switch. In no time at all, Abram Benavides (Abe), contacted me as promised. He listened, truly listened (as Jessica did). When the current hospice company got wind of my exploring other options, they stripped all of my dad's medical equipment away without notice. I was horrified. Abe swiftly came to the rescue, proving his dedication to servicing our family in a time of dyer need. Right after that, the community where my dad was residing abruptly increased the rent thousands of dollars, hosting an inability to provide more care for that cost. Again, I needed help desperately. Abe yet again came to the rescue, working closely with my geriatric consultant and the new community to get Dad moved immediately. He made sure my dad was not without. Abe truly cared about the distress we were enduring and acted. He proactively called and checked in with me constantly. It was a vast difference from the previous hospice company I'd worked with. These are truly good hearted people who have a strong acumen in their field. They get things done efficiently and effectively, so we as the family don't fall to panic and mania. Caring for a loved one is extremely hard as anyone reading this post well knows. It is difficult to navigate health systems, their protocols, and ethics. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that Abe and his team on Advantage Health Systems are the best of the best. I will remain forever grateful to them.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support my family and I have received from Advantage Hospice. On November 4, 2024, when I received the heartbreaking call that my father was "actively dying" and needed to be transferred to the emergency room, I was fortunate to connect with the compassionate team at Advantage Hospice. The person in charge took immediate action, handling all the admission paperwork over the phone while I stayed by my father's side in the emergency room. Before we even brought my dad home, a nurse arrived with a comfort kit and began caring for him right away. They delivered an oxygen machine and all necessary equipment the same night, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their consistent follow-ups and availability, my father is doing much better. He now receives showers three times a week, and when he is too weak, the wonderful hospice aide provides him with a sponge bath. The nursing team is outstanding, checking in on my father twice a week, ensuring his medications are refilled, and delivering them to our home, even after hours. This has been such a relief, knowing I don't have to leave the house to pick up medication. The weekly delivery of a box of supplies, including briefs, wipes, gloves, lotion, ointments, and supplements, has made caregiving much easier, and I am truly grateful. The equipment provider, Alliance Medical Equipment, is also incredibly reliable, ensuring fast and efficient delivery of all essential items, including an electric hospital bed, Hoyer lift, oxygen machine, bedside commode, and over-the-bed table, making the care of my father safer and more professional. Now, almost two months later, my father is in great shape, and the care he receives goes far beyond my expectations. Every person from Advantage Hospice who has visited has been not only friendly but has also made a personal connection with both my father and me as his caregiver. Having worked with various companies over the past seven years, I can confidently say that Advantage Hospice stands out as the best by far. I highly recommend Advantage Hospice to anyone in need of end-of-life care for a loved one. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. I am also looking forward to utilizing the five days of respite care they provide, during which they will take care of my father in a well-known facility, allowing me to rest and regain my strength.
