This review is long overdue. On Sunday, November 2024, my family was in an incredibly difficult situation. My mother was extremely ill and in severe pain, and we didn’t know where to turn. My sister searched online and found Wings of Hope Hospice in Redlands, and that decision changed everything for us. When my sister called, Lilibeth answered the phone and immediately understood the urgency and gravity of our situation. Even though it was a Sunday, she moved quickly to make everything happen. Within just a few hours, hospice services were set up — a hospital bed, oxygen machine, and pain medication were all delivered that same afternoon. Lilibeth personally came to our home to ensure everything was in order and even took the time to gently wash my mother’s feet, knowing she was diabetic. That act of compassion and care touched our hearts deeply. Because of Lilibeth and the Wings of Hope Hospice team, my mother’s pain was managed, and she was able to spend her final night peacefully surrounded by family. She passed away the next morning, free from pain and in comfort. We are forever grateful to Wings of Hope Hospice and especially to Lilibeth for her compassion, professionalism, and kindness during one of the hardest times in our lives. They truly live up to their name — they gave our family hope and peace when we needed it most.

The Best!!♡ Wings of Hope Hospice, Redlands goes Over and Beyond the scope of their duties to expedite the professional care my mother needed. Mom needed skilled extra life saving care at her Alzhiemer/Dementia At my wits end I called; 'Wings of Hope Hospice (Monarch), Redlands Ca.' Lillibeth came right away!!!🙏 Now a blessing, Lillibeth a skilled hospice RN came immediately conducted a comprehensive assessment of moms physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. She provided her skilled nursing care, including pain, symptom management, wound care, holistic and medication management with no hesitation, also working closely with me for updates. The relief my mom was in the best hands now was even healing for me! With the hands on special medical care, speaking softly, being gentle and caring with my mom, her phyical health improved. The entire staff @ Wings of Hope Hospice, Redlands, CA., are also all very skilled caregivers!! They bring kindness, hope, relief my mom was in good hands😇. Beyond kind they brought holiday gifts to cheer my mom, so sweet! These ladies I believe are Gods angels & Lillibeth has wings of gold💛. Wings of Hope Hospice in Redlands is the absolute best! We were looking for someone who would genuinely care for our Dad the way we did and Lilibeth did just that. She is truly an Angel on earth and is extremely knowledgeable. She listened to our concerns about wanting the most natural ways to help our Dad get better and she taught us so much, that today our Dad is doing great and is officially off Hospice. Thank you Lilibeth for your relentless dedication and love for your patients. We love you!

Wings of Hope Hospice in Redlands is the absolute BEST! Lilibeth took care of our dad in the last year of his life. She is so kind, caring and knows so much about helping people stay comfortable in a natural way, and comforts the family all the way through. Even after our dad passed, she has stayed in touch with the family and has visited our mom just out of the goodness of her heart. Now it's almost mom's turn. She went out to visit and evaluate her, and spent quite a bit of time with her, hydrating her, talking with and listening to her and cheering her up. She always sends beautiful photos and videos of her visits. Lilibeth is truly an angel in human form. I would give her 100 stars if I could. We love you Lilibeth!

There are not enough stars or words to adequately express the quality of care provided by Wings of Hope Hospice and Lilibeth. We found Lilibeth 2 years ago when my father was failing with dementia and needed hospice care. She and her team turned a difficult circumstance into the best experience it could possibly have been. Lilibeth has a true servant's heart combined with a high level of professionalism. She also has a great sense of humor which has the effect of lightening up a heavy situation. In addition to all of this, she has continued to check in on my 90 year old mother, who lives alone and far from her family . She has unselfishly gone above and beyond in her assistance and friendship for my mother. My family is eternally grateful for everything that she has done for us and we refer to her as "our angel". I could not recommend Wings of Hope enough. If you need hospice care, do yourself a favor and call Wings of Hope.
