THE MEDICAL TEAM

First off, my rating is not based on care. Every nurse that I have had the pleasure of discussing the status of my mom's care has been wonderful. The nurses have even gone beyond what I would expect for care, and I am grateful for that. The poor rating is due to the finance wing of The Medical Team. In the two years my mother has been in a facility where The Medical Team has been the caregivers, I have had to reach out them FOUR TIMES to receive a simple invoice on a monthly basis. You'd think this would be one of the most basic and easy tasks for a finance department. Clearly, it is difficult for them.

The aid they sent got everything right . Professional experience mades a world of difference . Charming and offered good advice here and there. Was willing to cut my hair beauifully too . Amazing.

Am here on Google Reviews to share my experience with The Medical Team in the summer of 2020. In a time when stress and fear were at an all-time high throughout the world, the 1 thing that remained stable and peaceful was our family's relationship with The Medical Team. We hired them in July of 2020 to provide home health care for my mother as we needed support for her care after she was released from a rehab facility. It was the best decision we ever made. We completed their interview process and within a few days we had a nurse, a physical therapist and an occupational therapist scheduled to work with my mother. Because of their gentle, compassionate and professional care, my mother and her health were transformed within 8 weeks of them arriving to support us. She was back to herself and in much better health in body, mind and spirit as a result of their care. If you are looking to partner with an agency to help support you with the care of your loved one, make the call to The Medical Team. The family member who needs care and support will receive it. Believe me, you too will say it was the best call and decision you ever made!!! High praise and much gratitude to all of you at The Medical Team. “The Medical Team” has provided in home care beyond our expectations! As a first time family bringing home a mother who was suffering from complete right side paralysis brought on by a stroke, The Medical Team provided experienced, caring, and compassionate in home care that eased the transition and brought the attention our mother required. Our mother’s caregiver has provided exceptional care for our mom. She treats our mom as though she were her own mother; selflessly helping with mom’s self-care, coaching mom in her physical therapy exercises, encouraging mom to conquer the next milestone, and engaging mom in conversations helping her to feel valued in this challenging time. She has been integral in mom’s recovery and mom is showing great progress in large part due to the attentive care of The Medical Team staff. This team is at the top of our recommendation list!
