Rarely does a company earn 5 stars from us , but in this case they deserve 6 stars if I could. Brittany, Breanna, Amanda , and rest of staff at Pruitt are simply the best at their craft. They went above and beyond helping our father out in his time of need. Caring , compassionate, and just excellent when it comes to nursing. Ladies, I could go on and on but you get the gist. From the bottom of my heart ladies and Pruitt, thank you. We couldn't have done it without all of you! ❤️❤️❤️

I have had a wonderful experience with this company, from their Cna’s nurses all the way to the office staff! I recommend them to anyone looking for Hospice care. They are very compassionate about not only their patients but their families also.

I could not be happier with the care that my father received from Pruitt hospice. Also I feel like they cared for my family too, and that kindness was so every much needed & appreciated. They do lots of little things -things they don't have to do- that really mean a lot. The admissions process was blazingly fast and they included everyone with patient care education. It amazed me at how fast they had equipment, oxygen, and medication delivered. They work with Silver Creek Pharmacy, among others, and I highly recommend if you are in that general area to go with that option. They were always great to make sure we had all the supplies needed, and it was wonderful how they called to let us know when they were on their way. As my dad needed more and more care, it was always provided without our asking. I felt like the medical staff was top notch, and I love that we had the same healthcare aid throughout dad's time with them. When dad died, we felt prepared, and they sent a nurse out right away. He was so good with all of us, and so gentle in caring for & dressing Dad- it really meant a lot that Jason took such care to preserve dad's dignity at the end, and he made all the calls needed so that we didn't have to worry with much right away. He even helped us navigate the difficulties our steep driveway posed for the funeral home staff. If I could give them ALL 10 Stars, I would. I REALLY FELT LIKE I HAD THE BEST MEDICAL TEAM I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY HAD! I really loved the speed that the oxygen and other medical equipment was removed from the house too. I know it's weird, but I really didn't want to look at it after dad died, and I had made the comment about it- the next thing I know it was gone. They let us just put it out on the carport, and I never had to look at it again. If I or another family member needed hospice, PRUETT would be the only one I would consider.
