TOTALLY KIDS REHABILITATION HOSPITAL

Got referred recently to this facility.I had triplet and two girls still feeding slowly.Read all the bad reviews about kids got neglected left to cry and all the unskilled nurses.Decided to put everything behind my back and scheduled a tour and my appointment got confirmed by text at 7:00AM.I got to my appointment on time and no one showed up.Security called and no one came to meet me.If this how they treat parents how they will take care of babies behind closed door? Seems like since covid the Healthcare system understaffed and they hire unskilled people. This an update after being told by nicu that my two daughters might meed G_tube down the road, I thought I will give Tottally kids another shot.Most of the nurses were respectful treat kids like their own,we did thought have an incident with a nurse with a bad attitude when she was looking at us struggling with the kid and did nothing and she said we are only rehab facility.The good thing,those 2 girls went up on their feed in less than 2 weeks and they are home now. They did let us spend the night with the girls they had a couch to crash on so that a change from NiCU. My advise thought show up more often and be there as much as you can!

The staff here is remarkable. They have put together an outstanding team dedicated to healing, helping and caring. Everyone is genuinely nice, helpful and professional. We can't thank the team at Totally Kids enough for how much they have done for our family. There are no words to express how much we appreciate their dedication and support for our child. The Physical Therapy team is phenomenal and provides steady, supportive treatment while respecting & responding to the kids unique situations. They help children make quick, progress and truly love what they do. The Nurses are a cohesive team of professional, thoughtful people dedicated to healing each child's heart, mind, body and spirit. The Doctors each bring their unique talents and expertise to provide well rounded and diverse treatment plans to benefit each patient's individual situations. Occupational Therapy gives the kids a new outlook with each session, bringing a sense of independence and confidence to each child with innovative plans that the kids enjoy, even baking cupcakes and teaching them new skills. Recreational therapy comes in daily for fun games, art, outings and activities and even teaches new coping skills that will last a lifetime. They truly bring a profound sense of joy and normalcy for children, proving that laughter is the best medicine. I am honestly surprised by all the ways that TK has uplifted my son thru everything and helped him heal and walk again in a Miraculous time period. Delia the manager does an exceptional job and is always there to calm nervous parents with her calm, genuine reassurance. Her generosity is unmatched, always taking time to explain things, offer emotional support and give strength to patients, parents and the whole staff. This has been an incredible experience that has brought our family much closer, made our son much better very quickly and changed our lives for the better. Sorry this is so long it's just hard to find the words to say thank you enough to everyone at TK for your unwavering dedication to healing children and their families. Thank you for everything. My children were having a hard time eating at the NICU and frankly, were just not happy. My little guys had a hard time sleeping and often appeared to be bored at the NICU. However, transferring them to Totally Kids changed everything for the better. My babies have constant positive interactions, smile frequently, get daily therapy, and are loved by staff. This place really has a special place in our hearts. Thank you for taking care of my little guys like family. We love you guys!! ❤️❤️ Special shoutout to Pascuala! She’s AMAZING!

My 9 yr old son was in this facility for acute rehab after spinal surgery. I had a pleasant experience here. The staff were all so kind. They had a lot of patience for my son while he was there for the 2 weeks. They provided my son with a lot of movies to choose from, & games. Although my son was eager to go home he was comfortable & didn’t complain about anyone or anything. I highly recommend this rehab facility for anyone that is looking for one. 😊

I'm very happy with my son's therapy he made a big progress and it will help him to get back to making progress at home and with his daily life.when he came here he couldn't stand up or walk and with in 2 weeks he was able to start walking again. I didn't know that there was a place like this for children I'm great full for that I think that it's excellent. The doctors ,therapist, nurces and everyone that works at Totally Kids is very nice and caring I recommend Totally Kids 100 percent it really helped my son and I am grateful for having a place like this. Thank you to all of the staff
