About the Role At Include Me Too Please, LLC, we believe in inclusion, respect, and empowerment. We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Staff to join our Supported Living Services (SLS) team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll support clients in their homes and communities—helping them live independently, confidently, and safely while promoting dignity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to promote social engagement. Provide local transportation to clients for appointments, shopping, and community activities. Follow and document progress on individualized care and behavior support plans. Observe and report any changes in a client’s health, mood, or behavior. Advocate for each client’s rights, choices, and safety. Collaborate with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Engage clients in recreational and community-based activities that support independence and inclusion. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services provided. Qualifications & Requirements First Aid and CPR Certification (required; must maintain current status). Reliable transportation and the ability to provide local transportation to clients (required). Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (required). Ability to pass a DOJ and FBI background check (Live Scan required). TB test and physical exam clearance required before hire. Previous experience as a caregiver, DSP, or support staff preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
