Direct Care Staff

We are searching for dependable, self-motivated applicants who can inspire, encourage and motivate our individual's. Training is provided. M-F, approximately 25-35 hours per week. All employees must be able to: •Collaborate with program manager and other staff to enhance the successfulness of the program •Implement daily activities and behavior plans for each individual •Give input and ideas to the daily schedule •Promote interactive learning REQUIREMENTS/PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS Must have operable car with current license, insurance, and registration Must obtain CPR/first-aid within first 2 weeks of employment creative and energetic possess patience strong moral values and discipline dedicated and committed
