CARE GIVERS-PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private residences. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This role is vital in delivering personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist with mobility and transportation needs for clients, ensuring their safety during transitions. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing personalized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards. Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately and timely. Comply with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, hospice care, or working in nursing homes is highly desirable. Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment is preferred. Knowledge of social work principles related to caregiving is a plus. Understanding of resident rights within assisted living environments is essential. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage.
