Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Male Caregiver Preferred

We are currently seeking a Male Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in delivering exceptional care to male clients in home health, hospice, and assisted living settings. This role requires sensitivity to gender-specific needs and a strong commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care. Responsibilities: Assist male clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely and respectfully Provide emotional support and companionship Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the supervising nurse or case manager Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols Maintain confidentiality and respect for client dignity at all times Accurately document services provided and observations per company policy and regulations Requirements: Current state CNA certification Male caregiver preferred due to client-specific care needs At least 6 months of experience in home health, hospice, or assisted living settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license CPR certification Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits: Competitive pay and benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive and respectful work environment Training and growth opportunities To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in providing care to male clients in home health, hospice, or assisted living.
