Our admin TEAM understands the importance of thorough and consistent communication to ensure you receive the support you need in order to provide the best client care possible. ~ You’ll be matched with the right client. We strive to match the skills/ training and personality of our Care Professionals with the care needs and personalities of our clients. Compatibility is paramount to building a trusting and successful relationship. ~ You’ll receive training and opportunities to enhance your existing skill sets. We will pay for NARs, HCAs and CNAs to receive their Nurse Delegation Certification. ~ You’ll earn a competitive wage with opportunities to earn more income when matched with clients needing higher levels of care, i.e., hospice care. We also offer a referral bonus when you refer a certified Care Professional. ~ You’ll be offered a flexible work schedule; one that works well for you (great opportunity for students or those with a second job). ~ You’ll have the opportunity to really get to know your clients and their families by providing one-on-one care. QUALIFICATIONS: ~ Successfully pass a national criminal background check ~ Reliable transportation (public transit/rideshare ok) ~ Working cell phone ~ Internet access ~ Active Washington state CNA/HCA license or be actively enrolled in CNA/HCA training classes BENEFITS: ~ Kaiser Insurance available to full-time employees after 90 days – 50% paid by the employer ~ AFLAC after 90 days of employment – group discounted rate paid by the employee ~ PTO/Sick time after 90 days of employment ~ Flexible hours (you choose your work schedule.) ~ Paid travel time and mileage ~ Continuing education paid by the employer ~ Minimum hourly rate starts at $17 (higher hourly rates are based on experience, training/certification and the level of care provided to each matched client) ~ PPE Provided to you If you consider yourself to be an exceptional Care Professional, you meet the stated qualifications and you want to join our award winning CareTEAM, then we would love to hear from you!
