Job description Pinnacle Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personalized in-home healthcare support. As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of care. This rewarding position allows you to provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures Performs personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned. Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Reports changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN. Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned. Performs simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g., range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned. Assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned. Attends Inservice and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary. Experience: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with different caregiving systems and techniques - Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus - Ability to provide catheter care if required Skills: - Compassionate and caring nature - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of care.
