Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Cambridge Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide essential non-medical support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. PCAs help clients maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Provide mobility support (transfers, walking assistance)
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor client’s condition and report any changes
Follow care plans and document daily activities
Ensure safety and comfort at all times
