Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Provide SOC, ROC, Recertification, Skilled, and LVN & Home Health Aide supervisory visits. Document all visit notes within 48 hours. Communicate well with patients, caregivers, family members, doctors, FNP, all field staff. Document using Kinnser software. Salary will be discussed on an individual basis.
