RN Supervisor position

Looking to hire an RN Supervisor to work for an established, Baltimore based Residential Service Agency. Will take over an existing book of clients who mostly reside in West Baltimore. Visit assigned patients at specific frequencies in order to review: - Participant’s Care Plan and/or any other client specific plan for personal care - Interaction and relationship between the participant and personal care aide - Participant’s medical condition and need for specific personal care services or referral to other services - Ability of personal care aide to understand and carry out the specific plan for personal care Instruct, train and supervise personal care aides in performance of the services ordered in the participants’ Care Plan
