Registered Nurse (RN) - Homecare Visits

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including but not limited to wound care, medication management, and monitoring vital signs. The RN will work closely with the patient's physician to develop and implement a plan of care that meets the patient's needs. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on patients in their homes • Develop and implement a plan of care that meets the patient's needs • Administer medication and monitor vital signs • Provide wound care and other treatments as necessary • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and home healthcare techniques • Collaborate with the patient's physician and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care • Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner • Provide guidance and supervision to home health aides and other healthcare professionals as necessary • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies and procedures Requirements: Georgia Registered Nurse License - active TB Test, BLS Certificate, Drivers License, Car Insurance. Preferred RN Home Health experience at least 1 year.
