Delt with a few facilities over the years with different grandparents and now using one for my Mother in Law is a different level. This location has met all of our needs. Communication is amazing, the facility is clean, well kept and always staffed. My mother in law is very pleased with the food and says the chef does a great job (great compliment from a picky women). Staff is very attentive, compassionate and stays on top of all needs. Administration is phenomenal to work with along with head nurses. Any issue or concern has always been taken extremely serious and been taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean environment for a loved one.

Great facility . My grandmother was a short term stay and had nothing but great things to say. Occupational therapy helped her so much. Location was always clean and well maintained while I was there. Administration was great to work with

We searched across the southern suburbs for a rehabilitation facility for my father after a long hospital stay, and the minute I met the staff at Colony Center, I knew we'd found the right place. The kind and compassionate caregivers and attentive, experienced administrative staff were 100% available and responsive to any need. The PT staff was incredible, and day by day they helped my dad get back on his feet. It's not the newest facility, but what really matters is the quality of the care and cleanliness, and they delivered. I will forever be grateful to the wonderful people at Colony Center for taking care of dad during a challenging time for our family.

General lack of care and communication which ultimately led to a return to the ER. Basic amenities (like toilets) in near disrepair. Very disappointing. If you care about your loved ones, seek another facility.

First I want to thank Rebecca , Paula and the staff for taking care of my dad a purple heart veteran. My dad has a great roommate who is also a veteran. They have so much in common. Its nice to visit them both. This is a great facility for your family member.
