Do not send your loved ones here they almost killed my grandpa one lady there woke him up out his sleep by dripping his own pee on him from his urinal that he would use saying if I have to be up he has to be up too . They were rude to him and belittled him because he kept having bowl movements on himself that he could not control. They are nice when the family members are there but when they leave it’s a whole different story . It’s completely sick how they run this place. He was just there for rehab and he ended up almost dead when he left there was perfectly fine when he got there .

I stayed here for a month for my healing and therapy after neck surgery. Nurses are really nice and professional and the care team were really and professional. I do recommend this facility because don't smell like urine and this place is very clean. I thank y'all for allowing me to stay here for my healing and therapy.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PERSON !!!! DO NOT SEND THEM HERE !!!!! My father was placed there From the hospital for mobility to get better. He was supposed to be there for only 21 days, but they wanted to keep him like a week later and they ignored every side that my father was getting very sick. Yesterday they told me on the phone that he was doing perfectly fine When I went up there to see him, he could hardly talk. He could hardly move. Everything was terrible. They put off every sign that they could’ve put him in the hospital and got the now he’s in the hospital today. Not even knowing if he will make it another day, he is now septic because they let a UTI That I was completely unaware of get so bad that now the infections in his blood My dad is now put on hospice And the signs were very clear that he was not OK. This place is horrible and it’s very sickening that they can get away with doing this to people And I feel bad for anybody who has somebody there Longer than a week.

Pebble Creek 360 side was a great place for my dad following a hospital stay. The aids on his wing were caring and attentive. Tyre and LaWanda were great. Carrie with activities is amazing, and made his stay enjoyable and entertaining. Cathy in social services was there to guide me in all my questions and searches when my dad was leaving. Thank you to all the staff on the 360 Therapy side!

My mom and dad were both at Pebble Creek at different times and both received excellent care. The staff were very supportive during a very rough time in our lives. The nursing staff provided our family with much needed education during their stay and for their homegoing process.
