After an extended hospital stay, my mom was no longer able to use her arms or legs due to weakness and superficial blood clots. The Lutheran home was willing to accept her, and she was able to stay two weeks. The facility is beautiful; the staff is kind, friendly, and hard-working. My mom had a huge private room. With the help of the cheerful but relentless therapy staff, my mom was soon feeding herself again and strengthening her arms and legs each day.

Do not bring your loved ones here!! We brought one of my families here for rehab post brain surgery because of a brain bleed and we had a horrible experience. To start, it was too long of a wait for patients to be brought to the bathroom, my family member would try to get up on her own because she had to wait so long. They left “notes” in her room reminding her to use the call button to get up and when I discovered the notes, the call button was on the floor. How is a patient supposed to reach a call button on the floor and nearly Under the bed? In result of this she has a very very bad uti. One day they even had her sitting facing a wall to watch her, on her birthday! Especially a patient needing rehab post brain injury. What a way to keep patients engaged during their stay . Not only was she sitting staring at a wall for who knows how long, she had pee all over her. The nurses right in front of her didn’t notice and didn’t even offer to help assist in getting her cleaned up. And after 2 weeks there, my loved one was rushed to the hospital with pneumonia, severe uti, seizure, and possible stroke. We didn’t find out until 10am. Then, we had to rush there to get her stuff because of the charge on an empty room and when we told the nurses we grabbed everything, they didn’t even ask if she was okay. Great patient care skills! There was a whole lot of people getting paid to do nothing. I’m only rating it one star because of the nice lady at the front desk. Below is pictures of their signs and the call light on the floor. I do not recommend.

My mom was at the My Rehab facility for a month. We were very pleased with all the services. The third floor nursing staff and their assistants gave excellent care. They physical and occupational therapy were outstanding. The food was quite delicious. If you are looking for a rehab facility, look no further. Lutheran My Rehab is the best!

I was at the Lutheran Home Rehab for 1 week. I was absolutely pleased with my stay there. The nurses, the aides, the PT staff were amazing in their care for me. I appreciated their concern, their help, and encouragement. The food was quite impressive - loved their homemade soup at the evening meal. So glad I chose to have my rehab here!

My mother stayed at the Lutheran Home for rehab and I was extremely pleased with the level of care there! They were extremely organized, always on top of things, and communicated with me often regarding my mom's progress. The nurses and caregivers established a wonderful rapport with my mother and I knew they always had her best interest in mind. Lutheran Home provided more than enough paperwork for my mom's doctor visits. They truly go above and beyond for the residents and I highly recommend this place!
