GRACY WOODS II LIVING CENTER

Gracy Woods II provided good care for our very ill loved one at the end of her life. We are especially grateful to Sandi Taylor, Admissions Director, for her responsiveness and creativity in problem-solving. We felt peace of mind knowing that our loved one was in the care of their experienced team.

My mom was on Gracy Woods II for 100 days after a fall. The nurses, PT and OT staff are knowledgeable and kind. The aides don't speak much English but do their jobs efficiently. Sandi, the admissions gal, is very caring - even visited mom in hospital when she had to have surgery part way through her stay. We highly recommend Gracy Woods II.

I was referred to Gracy Woods II after a fall left me unable to use either hand. The rehabilitation department had competent, caring, PTAs and OTAs that worked with me every day. The CNAs who provided my care around the clock were, for the most part, also competent and caring. The biggest drawback was that English was not their first language so communication was sometimes difficult. The dining room was a bit noisy due in part to the fact that they tried to include all of the residents at each meal. The activities department provided a full and varied program that included several one-on-one personal care opportunities that I felt was above and beyond what I expected. The facility was clean and the grounds were accessible. All in all I would recommend Gracy Wood II if you are ever in need of skilled nursing.

My mom has been at Gracy Woods for a little over two weeks. After suffering a ruptured aneurysm she needed therapy and supervision. I chose Gracy Woods II after a meet and greet with Sandi. She explained the whole process and gave me a tour. I loved the feel and coziness of the facility and felt it was the best choice for my mom. The location is tucked away surrounded by lots of trees. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff and nurses are incredibly compassionate, attentive and professional. They really took the time and care in order to get her ready to come back home. I highly recommend this gem of a place. Your loved one truly is in wonderful hands.

Gracy Woods is an awesome Nursing home facility...the rooms are great and the staff is really good at what they do. I worked extensively with Jade Yost regarding the process and procedure to get my mother admitted there and he's on top of everything and is so incredible helpful. If you are at that delicate stage in life where it's time for your elderly parents to make a move to a community home, I strongly recommend Gracy Woods! They will take care of you!
