SILVER PINES NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

My family was very grateful for the love and care the Silver Pines staff provided my mother during her three plus years there. The staff respected her and made her feel at home. When I would enter the facility, I always received a friendly greeting from the staff. The administrator, nurses and CNAs listened to my concerns and addressed them. They genuinely cared. They were always supportive and made my Mom feel special. We were very fortunate to have found this special place for my Mom!

Silver Pines provides exceptional care to all of their residents, insuring peace of mind to the families that trust their team of seasoned professionals to take care of their loved ones. From administration to all of the wonderful caregivers, Silver Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation creates the feel of home that is unique to the industry. Treating those that they take care of and their families like their own is one of the keys to Silver Pines’ ongoing success. Kudos to Sara and her team for creating an environment of love and trust!

The nursing care at Silver Pines is TOP NOTCH! Sergio, Hali, Abby, Ana, Ben, Avery, Shelly, Shantell (just to name a few) are incredible nurses! Sara is the most hands on administrator I’ve ever seen, too! The residents here are blessed beyond measure to have this nursing team! I would give this facility a 100 star review if I could! You will not be disappointed!

My father stayed at Silver Pines over the weekend while I went out of town. While we did have a few hiccups with his belongings, in the end we were able to find everything. There was a small problem with his roommate which they made me aware of immediately and moved my father to another room. Pops gave me a colorful story of his encounter with this fella and of course, I chock it up his old age imagination. I will say the staff was really great and kind, my father spoke highly of them and my experience with them was good as well. I must give praise to a Miss Shantell. Her concern over my father's missing belongings and follow up was above and beyond what I have encountered at other facilities. She definitely made my experience with Silver Pines a positive one when it could have gone a completely different way.

My mother has been at home in Silver Pines for three years now. I would not want her any place else. The staff is caring and attentive to my mother. I feel they care as much about her care as I do. Thank you to all of the staff from the Administrator to the Nurse Aides. And a very special thank you to the Activity Director, Sunya. You are amazing, creative, and your care for "your" residents shows. If I were to name everyone that I Love at Silver Pines, I would need another page. But, you all know who you are (Abby). I truly love all of you and the care you give my mother.
