The administration/management team has been quick and effective in addressing all of my concerns. This has led me to believe that they care about my health and well-being, which has allowed me to focus my attention on improving my health. Kudos to all of the nurses, who have to deal with multiple personalities and issues, on a daily basis, and still get the job done! There are even some employees, from top to bottom, that I look forward to seeing every day!
I became a patient here at Bridgeway for nearly a year. You actually become a family and meet the Best of lifelong friends. My personal experience I had top notch nursing care, my CNAs never let me down and I always felt safe. They offer all forms of different kinds of physical therapy if you were here for short-term or long-term they were there to help you. I had a private room along with my own washroom. Other amenities were also included activities was very fun and I couldn't wait to the following week to join in on their activities. I have no issues with Bridgeway on Washington in Bensenville Illinois and I would return back if medically necessary.
I've been here for 5 1/2 years and consider all the staff and management all family I also have my mother here I am also the President of the Resident Council my husband moved home and he is still able to come whenever he wants to and plays the games and special occasions
If you’re looking for a place to your love ones that would feel like they are at home. Check out Bridgeway Senior Living! Staff are compassionate, caring and treat resident with dignity and respect! Residents live at Bridgeway for many years and most of their staff are employed atleast more than 10yrs or more .They are constantly renovating the place. They have private room and bathroom. Lots of Dr’s and NP’s rounds. Management always follow up to make sure task are being done! I highly recommend Bridgeway to everyone who becomes patient and staff. They also have inhouse therapy.
My husband is unit E , his name is Atan. His been there for almost 2yrs in dementia unit. I visit everyday , Iike the place and some of the staff. They really take good care of him. He have private room and bathroom. ADON is good to me, she smile and talk to me all the time. She gave me vegetables that’s the she grows there. Very kind lady!
