My mother stayed at this rehab over the summer for physical therapy and they were wonderful. I have had previous horror stories with rehabilitation centers that turned into prolonged stays for my mother (further handicapping her) and this was not the case. I was able to communicate successfully with her entire team and she was able to receive the care she rightfully deserved, to get her back home. All of the staff encountered at this facility on the rehab unit were very pleasant, no complaints, very clean facility and compassionate workers. I would definitely recommend this facility if in need of short term physical therapy.
This was our first afternoon at Bethel care and everyone was very helpful and efficient. They had a welcome packet sharing important day to day information and schedules. I’m sure this choice will be a very positive one.
My husband was brought to Bethel Healthcare last evening. I went to visit him today and he was with the therapists evaluating him. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I know he’s in good hands.
Visiting my father today and met with several of the leadership team. As his home caregiver I was reassured of his treatment plans. I have great confidence moving forward and will rest easy knowing he’s in good hands.
When someone mentions Rehabilitation facility, there is generally a little apprehension about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Not at Bethel Health Care Center. It was my first visit and immediately I knew this is a top notch place. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The individual I was visiting also talked about the excellent service being provided to him. Keep up the great work!
