MAJESTIC CARE OF BLOOMINGTON

I’m 34 years old and I’m autistic. I was very reluctant about, going to going into a nursing home for my rehab. my second round of rehab. It was one of the (BEST) choices that I made. Yes I missed my family but when I stayed there they were just like family. They didn’t make me feel any different because of my disability. Of there was a place for 10 stars I’d pick it. If I ever have to go back for rehab, I would definitely go back there.

During my time dealing with Majestic Care, the most frustrating issue was the management. Communication was vague and unreliable, and there was a clear lack of accountability when problems came up. Concerns about staff shortages, inconsistent care, and overall disorganization were brought up multiple times, but nothing was ever really addressed. It often felt like the leadership was more focused on appearances than actual solutions. Promises were made, but follow-through was rare. Families deserve better, especially when it comes to the care of loved ones. I would recommend anyone considering this facility to pay close attention to how management responds to questions and complaints—what we experienced was not what we were led to expect.

Thank you majestic care for taking great care of my mom.And especially the nurse that took care of my mom during her last hours. I'm really bad at names but I think her name was Heather...if I'm wrong please correct me because this nurse went above and beyond took make my mom's last moments comfortable. I really can't thank her enough. Please let me know if I had the nurses name right.So my family can all thank her again.My mom was Peggy Etter..

Majestic Care of Bloomington has not only shown that they care about the residents they serve, but they are also knowledgeable in the care they provide. I have not been in a long-term care facility as clean and neat as the Majestic Care facility in Bloomington. Overall, a great facility with great staff!

I was a resident at Majestic Care for 3 weeks. I was treated with respect by the staff. I quite enjoyed the food. The physical and occupational therapy is very good. I was able to walk around unassisted and the therapy got me stronger. There are always downsides to every stay at a rehab. I really felt listened to and any complaint I had was quickly taken care of.
