MIDWAY NEUROLOGICAL / REHAB CENTER

One star is giving this dump more credit than they deserve! They treat people as if they’re subhuman beings. Thankfully, I was able to get my sister out of here, but God knows what she went through! From what she tells me, it’s worse than I ever imagined. She’s been traumatized since having to stay here during COVID! I get physically sick when I think about how vulnerable she was and there was no one to speak up for her. She lost significant weight, would down any liquids I had when I’d visited, which tells me they didn’t monitor or care if she was drinking or eating. She’s scared to speak up now at the new rehab always fearing she will be left alone somewhere to “think about what she’s done” whatever that means! The poor girl no longer trusts health professionals, but how can I prove this when she can’t make decisions for herself?! Also, they basically stole the little money she had there, too. It’s disgusting and beyond belief, and I don’t have time to go round and round with the people that “work” there. No one will ever take responsibility for their actions or lack there of! Do NOT let your family go anywhere near this place! They NEED to be shut down!!! The zoo treats their animals better!

My grandmother was recently placed at Midway for complex health issues and requiring therapy. She spent 4 weeks there and the staff was very welcoming and assuring that her care would be a top priority. She is now at home with us and doing much better. My family and I were very happy that we chose Midway Neurological.

The staff was accommodating and courteous. They took time to give details needed and it was much appreciated. The care that was provided to my aunt Debra Williams was noted. Keep up the great work.

I recently transferred to Midway Neurological from another facility after a bad experience which I won't name. I would like to express how happy I am with the staff and Administration for going out of their way to help assist me in all areas of need. They clearly enjoy what they do!! The Activities Department, including patio time, beauty shop and volunteer work. It truly adds to my enjoyment and overall fulfillment of my days. Now that I am settled in a much better, less stressful environment, I am able to pursue my life goal of going back to school. Its never too late to start. Thank you Midway for being here and standing by me and I will for sure stand by you. Keep up the good work....Love you guys!

The staff has been very caring they keep Mom clean, dry, and fed. You need to be up there regularly to check on your loved ones. The building can use new elevators very slow & old, or at least fix the elevator floors & ceilings. The staff is very nice, and the security has been very nice. Hard jobs they have , I appreciate them
