Seagate Rehabilitation Center, located in Coney Island, is a very great place to recover or long term care. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The place is clean and the patients are well taken care of, physically and socially. One less star because I heard the food, well, it's hospital food. Still a wonderful facility!

I cannot say enough good things about this rehabilitation facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The level of care provided is truly exceptional. The therapists are highly skilled, patient, and incredibly encouraging. They took the time to understand individual needs and developed a personalized plan that helped build strength and confidence each day. The nurses and support staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of care was handled with respect and dignity. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed to promote healing. From physical therapy to emotional support, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a safe and supportive recovery environment. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, we’ve seen tremendous progress, and we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend this rehab facility to anyone in need of quality, compassionate rehabilitation care.

Let me start off with Katrina (nurse) on the 7th floor was excellent with my mother in law. Aides were also excellent with her also. Administrative is horrible, Especially LEAH FRIEDMAN, she is nasty and doesn’t care for patients. I made a complaint to Avi, nothing was done, come to find out they both own 10% of the rehab!!! They move my mother in law to the 4th floor, where her room smelled terrible, food all over the walls, it was dirty and bathroom smells terrible. I go into the dining room, the floor was sticky and food all over the place. I call Social Worker she tells me she will have someone look at the room. Why put my mother in law in a room that’s dirty. Cause they don’t care about patients at all. I ask them to please let her use a walker, so I can get her out of the place, they keep her In a wheel chair. So they can just bill the insurance.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, including the gentleman at the front desk and the security guard. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, with a wonderful scent that added to the ambiance. The beach view was stunning! The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. I'm so grateful for the care and attention provided here. Highly recommend!"
