My mom was here for Rehab for couple of weeks. Excellent , caring and professional staff. They took great care of my mom and home health professionals are also great. If you are looking for Rehab facility would certainly recommend PruittHealth - Lanier.

I love PruittHealth Lanier. Great staffing and resources are what make a great skilled nursing and rehab facility. The large staff here is smart, professional, and caring. I've had hundreds of conversations with staff and patients. Two years ago, the rehab team taught my mom to walk again. An in-house ultrasound detected a blood clot in her leg. An in-house x-ray detected a hairline fracture. They saved her life when her gall bladder was failing and nearby Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton removed it. I've had great experiences with each person in their respective roles - nursing, rehab, social services, finance, admissions, facilities. The food is great. The rooms are comfortable and include cable tv. You can choose to read state reviews, but those are limited in perspective at a point in time, they include biases and potential misinformation. I'm grateful to the staff at the facility and those who manage the corporate side. As for my negative experiences, they reflect my own biases. Sometimes I've been unable to reach staff by phone late at night, but those are just moments in time. My mom forgets to charge her phone at times, but that's not a facility issue. She has asked to be taken home at times because of a roommate, but it's a reflection of her mood of the moment, and moods are temporary. I have not had any negative experience with staff. Because I speak with other patients, I listen to their positive and negative experiences. I cannot compare PruittHeath Lanier to other facilities, but I'm very happy my mom is here.

My Dad had great experience at Pruitthealth - Lanier. Within 2 weeks at the facility, he was able to gain strength and mobility with the help of nurses and physical therapists. I couldn’t speak much for the night shift crew since I wasn’t there but day shift crew is excellent and very tentative to his needs. Jasmine Gray is excellent! She helped me arranging for the transferring of my Dad from the hospital to the rehab facility, answered my questions and guided me in the right direction or whom to speak with. She also gave my Dad his own room when it became available. My Dad can’t speak English so a language barrier was an issue at the beginning but the staff took their time and the google translate app did help make it easier. Overall, I wanted to say Thank you to all the staff at Pruitt Health - Lanier for making this difficult time a lot less difficult.

Why would you send someone home that tested positive for COVID in your facility? Literally makes no sense. My mother was sent home today and should not have been. It's a change of situation when it comes to insurance and she definitely was not positive when she came there yet she is now and the explanation given to my sister is that it's insurance reasons. This woman has respiratory issues and a slew of other things. Do better by your patients
