I've had my husband stay at this community four different times and each experience had been excellent. The nursing staff is efficient, caring, and attentive. The therapy department is outstanding and truly was the best therapy he had ever had helping him make progress each time. The activities team also goes above and beyond bringing activities to his room so he could stay engaged and entertained. I'm grateful for the wonderful care and support he received. Highly recommend
This is my mom's 2nd rehab visit to Eden Vista (prev. AKA Dimensions Living) in a year. We are very satisfied with the care of the staff, nursing, activities, and physical therapy they have provided for her. We take turns visiting her every day and are always impressed with the service she gets. She loves Bingo, bunco, word games, etc...although this time she is not as mobile as her first trip here and she gets tired a lot but we expect that with her many health issues at 88 years of age. This place is the best place I’ve ever been wen it comes to elderly they are very well educated. No one is left out everything looks to be in good condition, doesn’t have a bad Oder ,very friendly people. This senior home is a blessing. They communicate clearly responds quickly to questions and treats every resident with dignity. The staffs really understands the needs of seniors.
I would never recommend this facility! My father was there for 6 weeks, never received his proper cpap machine, he was released from the hospital on a very strict sodium diet, after many many meetings, arguments, even writing it down on paper....he never received not 1 sodium restricted meal, he barely progressed in PT, they basically told us that's the best he'll ever be and may want to think of putting him in a nursing home, after bringing him home for 1 week with in home therapy he is so much better! He has accomplished more in 1 week at home versus 6 weeks at Eden. The only saving grace was 2 of his aids, other than that...the place is terrible!
I visited today and toured with Renee and Pam. This is a warm, welcoming community. I had the privilege to meet many team members who have been there for a long time! Residents were happy, welcoming and obviously cared for. It was lunch time and the food looked delicious.
