MCGIVNEY HEALTH CARE CENTER

My mother has been at the facility for some time. My siblings and myself have relationships with my mother that requires healing. She is still our mother. Regardless of our trauma, we have shown her nothing but love and respect. Even though it's not the TV show Sitcom we still wish to enjoy her doing her later years. Multiple family members and myself have came to visit my mother Brittany has been very rude to all my family members and friends. Though they don't have money, they do love my mother. I'm afraid that my mother won't get to enjoy her loved ones because of the image that Brittany thinks our family should have. She scolded us because we don't see her often, She uses her hand to call the police and create additional drama. She twists The narrative to her liking to enjoy the punishment of her wishing towards my family. I don't understand how facility could allow someone to work so long. My family has been patiently waiting for her to leave but she's still there. When we call to complaint the social service is on her side and management never responds. So if you want a place to take your loved one and you never see them again, this is the place.

Been here about a month now and out of several places we had our adult parent at with stage 7 dementia. This has been by far the best place he has been at. Incase anyone wanted to know they do take Medicaid.
