CEDARBURG HEALTH SERVICES

My experience at Cedarburg Health Services has been tremendous! The therapy department specifically Kimberly, Lindsay and Cara have been outstanding to work with. I wouldn't be where I am today without them and their dedication and encouragement in my rehab. The empathy they portray and care they give towards me makes me feel very positive and motivated to do the best I can in my time here. I've come so far and it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I was today without this amazing team!

My brother was brought here after suffering a stroke from a ruptured brain aneurysm. Was bed ridden when he got here and within two days their PT department had him sitting up. The PT department is phenomenal! In comparison to a few other skilled nursing facilities my mother had been in before she died, this facility was far better with their care of my brother. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of communication with some of the staff. Evan, director of the facility always got back to me as well as Lorrie the social worker. There were many other CNAs and nurses that were wonderful, but I did not get their names as they do not wear name tags. All in all, I would recommend this facility.

There is a therapist named Lindsay she is the greatest. There are a few other therapists that are worth mentioning, Carli, Cara, Mark, Kimberly, Jean, Emily, Kenyata who are wonderful as well. I wouldn't be sitting here if it wasn't for therapists like this. Overall, my experience here has been great.

Our mother has been at Cedarburg Health Services for 4 months. In that time we have experienced amazing care, genuine compassion and understanding from everyone here. I cannot say enough how happy we are. Between the two of us, we visit our mother 3 to 6 hours every day, often longer and that has given us a lot of opportunity to see how this facility operates and I have never seen anything that would give us a reason for worry or concern. We are appreciate all the difficult work and long hours put in by Nurses and CNA’s lead by Ashley the Director of Nursing. We know our mother has had her difficult moments not being mobile until recently wasn’t able to feed herself and we are thankful for your compassion and patience. Leslie activities director is amazing at her job keeping everybody as active as they are able. We are grateful for the help from Cory the Business Manager with paperwork and explaining the steps we needed to take for enrollment with medicaid, Lorri in social services has been a patient listener when we didn’t understand the changes our mother was going through and Evan the Executive Director who we see take an active roll with the residents in his care. He was waiting at the door when she arrived on her first day He routinely checks in on our mother personally and with her care. He has brought her water when he thought she wasn’t drinking enough and is quick to follow up with us on any questions we have had or special requests. Evan is not the type to stay in his office like we have seen at other facilities. leads by example and that is clearly shown by the amazing staff that cares for our loved one.

This is the 2nd rehabilitation center my father has been in. The first one was a terrible experience. But here I feel like he is loved and well taken care of. My father absolutely loves being here because he feels like they include him in activities and allow him to get around in his wheel chair. He has nothing but good things to say about the whole staff. The nurses and CNA's help him within about 10 minutes of hitting the call button. Even the residents there seem super happy. I love how clean it is and all the big day rooms they have available for when family and friends come. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. Evan, Cindy, dana, lorrie, Lindsey and whole team run a great place. Keep it up. I will always recommend cedarburg health services to anyone needing a nursing home to help with their loved ones.
