We had a few issues when first getting our family member settled in, but after learning who all the players (staff) are and what their duties are, we were able to connect directly with the staff we needed for each of our concerns. Today you held a thanksgiving dinner that included family if the residents. It was very nice. Good food, hospitality and it was obvious that administration people were present there as well-even doing some of the serving. Each time we visit things get a little better for us. We’re taking it one day at a time. Appreciate this questionnaire. It shows you care about the job you are entrusted to do for our love ones.

I was in and out in 5 days. My quick recovery was made possible by the expert staff. The PT, OT and Nurses were all great. I continue to get better every day with the help of their instructions. Without the Westchester House experience I'm positive my recovery wouldn't have been as fast or as through. Thank you for making my stay a success. God speed.

Nurse Ellen is the best, she is very attentive of my dad needs, calls me about everything, my family really appreciate all her hard work and dedication to her residents! The kitchen staff keeps him full, he enjoys the food and snacks. Westchester house has been the best place for my dad! Thanks again to WCH staff.

This is a unprofessional and horrible place they do not have compassion for their patients the Director of nursing was horrible no compassion for the patient's or her staff that was overwhelmed she didn't jump in to help just sat in the office while patients needed help. My mom badges need changing and she refused knowing the nurse on that hall was overwhelmed with patients a good leader jumps in and helps their staff my mom asked 3 aides for water which she waited for an hour and a half which she didn't get until her family call the top administration because my mom is a kidney transplant recipient and has to have water I do want to give a big thanks to Ray her night aide and the night nurse for you all taking care of our loved one the was confined to the bed because she's had her foot amputated I do want to thank her night aide Ray and night nurse and Ray for making sure my mom was good every time he worked.

My Father was admitted post his Stroke for therapy. He admitted on a Sunday and he could not have been more satisfied with the care and Therapy he received during his stay. The nursing staff and therapists worked with him and he discharged last Friday and is continuing to do great.
