APERION CARE CHICAGO HEIGHTS

I had a great experience with Aperion Care Chicago Heights. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to the well-being of the residents. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my loved one was in good hands. Nurses and caregivers were always available to answer questions and kept us informed about care plans and daily progress. It was clear that the team worked together with genuine care and professionalism. They treated residents with dignity and respect, and the activities provided kept everyone engaged and uplifted. I truly appreciate the support and care provided by Aperion Care Chicago Heights and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality rehabilitation or long-term care facility.

It’s improved drastically since my arrival in November of ‘24 and its now July ‘25. It’s kept clean now, the food has improved! It’s hot and it’s good tasting. They help you to get a place of your own and the proper paperwork. The MHT-A.J. Is super nice, as are all of the social workers! They are also very safety conscious.

The team at Aperion Care Chicago Hieghts is phenomenal, caring, and marvelous! They are kind and dedicated to helping the mental health population. They provide services that help residents get back to the community with plenty of assistance. The staff really works hard to make this place a home for the residents. Everybody from housekeeping social services, nursing, dietary, maintenance really works hard together to get the job done. Job well done!!!!!!!

The building has truly improved in the last year and a half I’ve been here. The staff is showing pride in the building and it is truly showing. The staff truly cares about the residents and it’s more like a family than a business.

Cool staff with a few duds. I have been here for about a year and meals are usually on time and good to eat. This is more of a group home so I have 3 other roommates. This is only supposed to be a temporary living space so I hope that they work faster with getting people in and out. Other than that it is usually kept clean with housekeeping and they have a monthly activity for birthdays. 4/5 due to extensive time delays on getting out of the system. It’s also cool how they tend to have extra clothes when you run out.
