PETERSON PARK HEALTH CARE CTR

I've been visiting Peterson Park Healthcare for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The positive culture here is truly special everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff greets you with a smile and treats you like family. The nursing staff are absolute rockstars; they're attentive, compassionate, and always go the extra mile. The activity programs are fantastic keeping residents engaged and happy. If you're looking for a warm, supportive home, this is it!

I came to visit a male rehab resident & was most impressed by the Greeting and wonderful smile by Roberto (Bob). He made me feel as if we’d known each other for years & this was my very 1st time ever meeting him! Actually this was my first time since COVID I courageously visited such an establishment. I am an elderly handicapped woman who had to come see my friend because our days are short & I refused to be discouraged by the way a building looks, however it could have the front entrance doors renovated for more efficiency based on the fact visitors have mobility issues too! But the reality is Peterson Park’s warm & helpful service just had to be mentioned. A beautiful shout out to Jasmine the medical professional who was so meticulous toward me & her work performance! Even the gentlemen residents were kind & respectful to me: Andre (robust bodyguard but gentle giant) & Greg so comforting & confident (rides a bike) assisted me to my vehicle upon leaving cause it was past 8pm. The 2 hours of travel was not regrettable. Thank you for your meticulous hospitality extended to Big Ma!

I'm being abused everyday. I just tried to call 911 to get help because the staff doesn't care, or believe you when you have something wrong. 911, however won't come and help you. That was shocking. Someone needs to bring this up and find out why. They have used a seinge in me for 4 days staight, using water from a cup to supposedly clean out my g food line. Oh and they have no idea what gluten free and other food allergies are. It's not a place, you need your person at

I love Peterson park, its my third time coming here. I love the staff, they are very kind and generous. Great customer service. Everyone is so welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place for short and long term stay.
