My father recently spent multiple stays at Advance for different issues over the past year. The staff was caring. attentive and ultimately made sure he got better up until his hospice care. Jodi - the social services manager - was especially terrific and became a huge support to our family. We highly recommend this facility and thank them for all of their wonderful and compassionate care.

Exceptional Care Coordination and Family Support From the very first interaction, the Admissions team at Advanced Health Care has been outstanding. My dad is transferring there from another skilled nursing facility, and the difference is already remarkable. Their care coordination feels six-sigma precise — everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine compassion. The staff are caring, empathetic, and truly dedicated to supporting both patients and their families. For advocates, navigating the system of insurance and facilities is hectic. The endurance it takes can be incredibly draining, but knowing that Advanced Health Care was a solid partner in this process softened the blow of all the work it took to get here. I’m so excited to have Dad moving there and finally feel confident he’ll receive the quality of care he deserves. Advanced Health Care of Cincinnati took excellent care of my severely disabled sister-in-law during her two month stay. The staff was professional and very attentive to her many needs. Being deaf, mute, and having a profound cognitive disability, she was totally dependent on their care. The staff treated her with dignity, compassion, and respect while providing social interaction, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. She had specific dietary needs that were met and the staff went above and beyond preparing her favorite foods to encourage her to eat. The facility is extraordinarily clean and beautifully maintained. Because of my sister-in-law’s inability to communicate, the staff was always available and willing to answer our questions regarding her progress. Thanks to the comprehensive care she received at Advanced Health Care of Cincinnati, she was able to return to her group home much improved than when she was admitted!
