Place is a mess they don’t care about your health care here but nothing I have a couple tunnel here for nine months and they still haven’t got any service so I’m in pain every day. This is not a safe and peaceful place to be I have I pray for anybody who has been here
More concerned with appearance of the physical plant. Some excellent staff, but mostly folks watching the clock and avoiding dealing with inmates. Food service faces shortages. Further, the best that can be said for the food is that it probably won't poison you. If your parents did you wrong, placing them here is your best revenge
Diamond, the aide working with my mother today and yesterday helped us to get her out for Mother's Day. She was nice and really seemed to care for my mother.
I know the facility has room for improvement, but I've got to shout out Diamond for excellent care.
I LIKE THE PLACE AND IF I WOULDN'T HAD HAD HAND SURGERY, I PROBABLY BE STILL THERE, I HOPE ONEDAY IF I AM LOOKING TO DO THIS STILL STNA WORK I WOULD BE ABLE TO GO BACK .I just wish I could get the money for my experiences.but I like the place I didn't understand why people left . But I will say this I don't like you can't wear. Small jewelry nose ring if it small are the hair has to be one color I think just one color any color should be ok sometime it may be good for the residents they like to see things they are not Dead .if I was in a place like this I would love to see all kind of everything just to know am still a live.
The nursing home is a very old building in disrepair. Leaks from celling in multiple areas of the nursing home when it rains. Problems with mice, ants, spiders, cockroaches, and crickets in resident's rooms and in common areas. Frequently short staffed and staff is overworked. Very uncaring feel from management. The place is not ran well. Resident's rooms are very small and the whole inside of the building were resident's live is very gloomy and depressing. The building needs to be updated. Mold can be smelled on and off while visiting family members.
