Really appreciated having someone in the reception area to help navigate the check in process. She (apologies for not having a name) was congenial & very helpful. Lots of staff, were really familiar with the residents & their conditions & whereabouts. Gave us tips on what we should do to keep the residents safe. Facility was clean & orderly. Very positive experience.

This has been a very wonderful place for my sister. She is special needs and in rehab for a bad leg injury. The staff here have been extremely kind, supportive and involved ensuring she is comfortable and safe. We have only been there 1.5 weeks but the peace of mind knowing my sister is safe and well taken care of is amazing. She has been spoiled with their kindness and caring. It’s been a long month through hospital stays from surgery temp rehab place with her being confused and scared. I’m so happy that has been resolved at Medilodge and she’s happy. Thank you all for this positive wonderful experience. 5/30/24 My sister been at Medi Lodge For two months now. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. The staff are amazing people that really care about their residents. My sister is so much stronger than what she was even before her accident And that is amazing to me. The PT staff here are phenomenal and so kind to her. Her progress has been amazing. My sister can be very behavioral and the nursing staff Have worked so well with her and I to get her through Difficult medication changes, Mood swings and outbursts. We have run into some issues with medication and placement during this time, but this team has been instrumental in making sure we don’t fall Through the cracks. Whenever I have a question or concern They are all available to help me resolve that question or concern. I have never walked in there and had Staff unavailable to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants high-quality care by a wonderful team.

My 96 year old aunt has been there for several years and has nothing but good things to say about the staff. My wife and I visit when we can and I must say it's the nicest facility of it's kind that I've visited. Everyone is so nice. They even had us bring our 3 little dogs in. I'm glad my aunt has such a caring staff taking care of her.

We moved my father to this facility from Grand Rapids. Even though the stay wasn't as long as we had hoped, the staff was very attentive to his and our needs. They were compassionate and took very good care of him; even when he wasn't the nicest. The facility was clean and didn't smell of a hospital.

Would never recommend this place. My mother was not taken car of as she should have been. They left her in the wheelchair after the ambulance dropped her off for hours. I called every hour and was told “ she’s sleeping “ come to find out she was in respiratory distress. Then had to go back to the hospital. They transferred her to this place again and the same thing happened. My father walked in her room, she was hunched over on the bed barely breathing. Her breathing mask was not on her nor was it even plugged up. She will not be going back there. If you care about your loved one DO not bring them here.
