PALM GARDEN OF CLEARWATER

Palm Garden of Clearwater has been a life-changing experience for my mother and our entire family. After a very difficult time at her previous facility—which only brought her fear and anxiety—and where she almost died from lack of care and ignorance, we were praying for a place that could restore not just her health, but her hope. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had found something special. The rehab facility itself is incredible—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to promote healing. The rooms are absolutely beautiful—bright, comfortable, and welcoming. It feels more like a resort than a medical facility. What truly sets Palm Garden apart, however, is the people. Every nurse, aide, and staff member we’ve encountered has shown genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. They treat my mother with such respect and compassion. For the first time in a long while, she feels safe, seen, and cared for. She’s smiling again. She’s laughing again. And most importantly—she has hope again. The rehab equipment is top-of-the-line and clearly updated with the best technology to support recovery. We’ve seen real progress in her health and attitude, which we know is due to the incredible care she’s receiving here. I can’t thank Palm Garden of Clearwater enough. I was an in patient after having a stroke 3 years ago. When my doctors recommended physical therapy a few months ago, I remembered how comfortable I was while there. I have now gone back as an outpatient for my therapy. Everyone is so nice and happy. People that I see in the hallways always say hello and the front desk ladies are especially kind and helpful. I love going for my PT as all the therapists are so caring and supportive. They all work well together and always assist each other. Even the patients seem happy! Rob Jenson always makes me feel cared for and is always pleasant. I’ve said a lot and could go on but, I won’t. My total experience, from my first phone call thru now, has been totally positive and pleasant.

Very nice- clean and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean and everything is freshly painted. Easy accessible parking lot. TV entertainment room is comfortable for family visitation; also furniture is not outdated . Dining room is amazing. They offer healthy food; and will modify any special nutrition requests.

My mom is staying here and she is over the moon happy with Palm gardens of Clearwater. It’s a beautiful building and the food is delicious. The staff are kind, respectful and tend to her every need. They have made us feel very welcome and happy that we chose Palm gardens for rehab. Shout out to the director of nursing, the social worker and the business staff. All of you really!!! She loves it there!

If I could give it a zero star rating, I would the nurse Amanda on the rehab aide is so rude. She doesn’t take the time out of her day to actually listen and sit there with the patients . There is a new unit manager named Betty. She is horrible and lazy. All she does is sit with Amanda on the other side of rehab and they eat It’s very unprofessional. They do not care they just want your money . The place is a joke. I will never bring my mother-in-law to any palm garden ever again . They need better staff and nurses.
