My father was a resident at this place before he DIED!!! With me being next of kin I was never told how they found my dad laying on the floor and was rushed to drs.west.. while he was in the hospital I called Woodview to give them a update on him and asked where was his wallet is with 200$ or more a id and social security card.and they said he never lets his wallet leave him.he did not have it in his belongings in the hospital.so I go Woodview and look through all his stuff in his room and no wallet.while a employee watched me.the employee asks me why he has 3 phones so I told her y and I left two days later my dad dies so I go back to get his belongings and they had everything bagged up ready to go.i go through it all again every pocket in all his clothes at home looking for his wallet could not find the wallet. And also only found 1 phone in his belongings the employee plainly asked me why he has 3 phones 3 days before. 3-1 = 2. where did his other 2 phones go and where in the hell did his wallet disappear to?? This place is not a place to send a loved one if u really care about them.

I want to thank the entire staff for the love and care they showed me and my grandmother over the past 6 months during her end of life. They have become a big part of my life and I will truly miss everyone as this chapter comes to an end. Thank you so much. 😢

I have had to phone Director of Nursing to have them change the bed or urinated diaper way too many times. Our loved one was left soiled for hours. I had to threaten to call Franklin County Sheriff's office for a civil standby to get them to respond to patient care. Going to take her out of the facility and move her back to Michigan. This is a nightmare !

This place should be permanently shutdown. There need to be a surprise walk through by the state. I was so disappointed. First impression is everything so imagine pulling up to the facility and there's 5 aides out in front of the entry door smoking cigarettes. My 1st thought was , who's caring for the patients? if 5 are out smoking. My Veteran husband was referred here for rehabilitation due to loosing use of his right arm and leg. My husband needed help with eating, going to the toilet , getting dressed etc.. He had 1 good male nurse out of all the nurses which was his 1st initial nurse. I brought fresh clean clothing in for my husband. They came in his room the next day and removed all his clothing without his knowledge. When I asked him he said they took them when he was at PT. When I asked the nurses they stated no one knew where his belonging were. 1 nurse called to laundry and found his things had been there for 3 days. When they brought the clothing back nothing had been washed. They put tape inside of some his belongings and wrote his name on it. The nurses decided to put my husband in diapers (depends) because they didn't want to take the time to help him to the toilet so diapers was the answer for the lazy. This ultimately caused my husband to have the worse rash ever all over his groin area, between his thighs and it was working it's way up his stomach. The crazy part is they discharged my husband and never told me he had a rash of any sort. My husband has been to a rehabilitation facility before and he has never had a rash. So imagine the anger that over came me when I discovered the rash later that day after his discharge. Now mind you the night before he was discharged he called me because he had fallen on the floor in the restroom and was in there for 10 minutes before someone finally came in. Hood thing he took his phone to the toilet with him so he could call me. I called facility repeatedly and didn't get an answer, so I left a message for the director explaining what took place and never received a call back. So the day he was discharged was a complete eye opener. He was miserable all night due to the rash he had due to neglect at this facility. The next morning my husband ended up at the hospital and that's when the Doctor informed me he had a fungus infection due to them not changing and keeping the area dry and clean. BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE. Please don't reply with you're sorry for the inconvenience because you're not. Do better and start over with staff that really care because my husband like other residents are just a pay check. There is so much more but I'll end it here.

There will be an investigation on this facility they don't have enough staff to run a proper nursing home or rehabilitation center the director is in over his head the employees are overwhelmed the food is horrible they have nurses that spread false rumors about patients here which is against the law in the state of ohio I'll going to call abc 6 news and other news stations to come here and see what's going on this is the last straw to much incompetents here
