I cannot speak highly enough about Harrison Springs Health Campus. From the moment we brought my mom here, we have been impressed by the attentive, compassionate care provided by the entire staff. The nurses, aides, therapists, and doctors are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They are incredibly supportive of both my mom’s needs and mine, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her comfort and well-being. The staff’s happiness in their work is evident, and it creates such a warm and positive environment. The facility also offers a variety of fun activities for residents, which my mom thoroughly enjoys. The physical and speech therapists are exceptional—kind, patient, and truly invested in mom’s progress. Their sincere concern for her health and happiness means so much to us. Our family has had a long-standing relationship with this facility. My husband received subacute therapy here about a year ago, and we formed strong connections with many of the staff members. This familiarity and trust were key reasons why I chose this facility for my mom’s full-time care. It has been the best decision, as the high quality of care and support we experienced then remains consistent to this day. I am deeply grateful for this wonderful team and the positive impact they’ve had on my mom’s life. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, professional care for their loved ones.

About 18 months ago I broke my ankle and came to Harrison Springs for rehab and stayed for 6 weeks. Everyone was so kind and I felt very comfortable immediately! The Physical Therapy Department worked hard to get me walking again. Knowing that I could not return to my home, I moved into one of the Villas. I just love all of the activities and have made so many friends. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to live at Harrison Springs!

My brother was welcomed to Harrison Springs Health Campus for end of life care with the support of Southern Care Hospice. I can not begin to cover the amount of love and support we received during his stay. The admission process was seamless and took so much off our plates. So much so that we could once again become his family member, instead of his caregiver. We were able to spend precious time with him, while Harrison Springs staff provided excellent clinical care and support. My family is thankful to be apart of the Harrison Springs family and we would recommend their services to all!

My 93-year-old mother has stayed at Harrison Springs multiple times— following open-heart surgery, after having Covid, and several times for rehab. Every stay has been exceptional! Care from all staff members is personal, caring, and professional. My mom considers it her own personal spa!

My mother has resided at Harrison Springs Assisted Living for over a year. She no longer felt comfortable living alone due to fears of falling. She now feels safe, cared for, cared about and loved. The kitchen staff checks on her if she didn’t show up in the dining room. They bring her something suitable if she is under the weather. The activities staff is unbelievably kind, attentive, loving and creative. Unlike her apartment, mom rolls out of her room to meals, bingo, music, the hair salon and to get her nails painted. The nurses and aids are so kind, attentive and loving. They look out for mom’s entire health and welfare. Mom feels safe and loved and has new friends in the other residents. She is happy!!! Our family could not be happier or more appreciative. What more could we want for our precious mom.
