The Elms at Cranbury has exceeded every expectation my family and I had for a skilled nursing facility. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The environment is clean, peaceful, and well-organized, but what really makes this place exceptional is the staff. The nurses and aides provide compassionate, attentive care every single day, treating our loved one with dignity, patience, and kindness. Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed and included. And I have to give a very special shout-out to Jennifer, the social worker, who is truly the best of the best. She goes above and beyond in every way: advocating, guiding, listening, and ensuring that every detail of care and transition is handled with empathy and professionalism. Her warmth and dedication make an enormous difference, and we are so grateful for her. The activities team also keeps residents engaged with thoughtful, meaningful programming, and the dietary staff accommodates preferences with care. If you’re searching for a skilled nursing facility where your loved one will be treated like family, The Elms at Cranbury is absolutely the place. It can be so hard coming to terms with the fact that a loved one has to enter a long term care facility, but staff at the Elms of Cranbury made me feel comfortable knowing that my family member was in good hands. Having had experience working at an adult medical day center, I knew what questions to ask and what red flags to look for before finalizing my decision to place my loved one here. The administrator, and the whole Elms team in general, did a great job answering my questions and making themselves available. My loved one has been at the facility for a few months now, and I can honestly say that the experience has been a positive one. The nurses are caring and well-informed in what my loved one needs, the support staff engages well with my family member. Any important information is relayed to me in a timely fashion, and my questions are always answered. I would recommend the Elms of Cranbury to anyone who asks and appreciate all of their care and support with my loved one.

My aunt has been receiving care at The Elms of Cranberry, and our experience has been amazing. The staff consistently shows kindness and professionalism, and they communicate with our family regularly about her progress. Any changes in her treatment are explained clearly, and we always feel informed and included in her care. My aunt feels comfortable and supported at the facility, and the staff seems to genuinely care about their residents. The building is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, creating an environment that feels more like a community than a care center. Overall, The Elms of Cranberry has provided excellent care, communication, and treatment for my aunt that I have even recommended this facility to some of my other family members.

I took my uncle to Elms of Cranbury last year and again this year, and this experience was noticeably better. The administrator, Rafi, was excellent very present and involved. I was pleasantly surprised to see an administrator so engaged, especially since we didn’t experience that last year. The entire team was accommodating and showed genuine care. I’m truly glad we gave Elm a second chance.

I want to acknowledge the outstanding support provided by Amy Lubsen, the Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing at the Elms. She has been incredibly helpful with my father, who is currently at Elms Rehab in New Jersey. After his hospitalization, Amy made his transition back to rehab absolutely seamless. Her positivity, professionalism, and constant willingness to help truly set her apart. As a physician/physiatrist practicing in healthcare, I deeply appreciate how attentive, responsive, and hands-on she is throughout the process. Amy is an exceptional leader and an invaluable asset to the Elms. My family and I are truly grateful for everything she has done.
