Shady Lawn is managed by professionals who have multiple layers of experience. Facilities benefit immensely by management who value their residents, families an employees. This is certainly a Skilled, LTC. and Assisted Living that has proven this. The residents love being there, participate in many activities, go on outings, and their needs are met quickly. I have been in healthcare since 1992, an have been the Chief Nursing Officer and/or Director of Nursing for over 25 of those years in long term care or mental health. I recognize a facility who is constantly improving to meet the needs of their residents! Great Job Shady!!
Shady Lawn is a fantastic facility with quality employees who truly care about the facility and the residents. Staff go above and beyond to meet the needs and give our residents a home like facility.
Our managers are qualified in many different areas and all work together to accomplish what needs done to make the facility and residents top notch.
Do not send anyone you care about here ! This place is unprofessional. The building is disgusting very dirty rooms they don't get clean . Mangentment dose not care they have a Administration that used to be a diretary management and has no clue what she's doing. She has got multiple situations with state . Building constantly going under new management. Building has had multiple fires in the last year still has 2 dryers burnt up in the laundry room ! Back doors broken and don't work or lock unsafe for your loved ones and the workers . No fire alarms on the assisted living they have someone walking around half the time ! Also had a room catch fire on the assisted living earlier this year . Stay away from this place it needs shut down. State has been contacted multiple times
Shady lawn nursing home staff are GREAT! Great in pulling together as a team and getting things done. The residents get great care and respect. The facility is very clean.
