Greensville health and rehab is a fantastic facility...the staff are caring and the facility is always clean. My grandmother in law was staying there after a fall and received excellent care. There is also top notch entertainment from The band and singers from Forest Hill Baptist Church, the residents, guests and staff enjoy it immensely.

I would recommend this facility, I had a family member in this facility he was in the hospital unable to walk or feed himself and when I visited him at rehab they had him walking with his Walker and sitting up in the chair feeding himself, I really appreciate the staff here! The social worker is great and I have worked with her on numerous occasions and she makes sure every patient at discharge is setup with the services they need at discharge as well as the facility admissions director they go above and beyond for their patients.

I can not say enough good things about how wonderful my husband was treated at this facility. After a horrific car accident that left my husband in a wheelchair he had to go to a skilled facility for rehabilitation. They went above and beyond to get him a bed close to home as I am his only caregiver. From Missy and Sharon in the front office to the nurses, to the PT the care was amazing. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary while he was there and the nurse made a cute little sign and just made it very special for us. Many sweet little touches that made a big difference and kept my husbands spirits up. Our little town is very lucky to have a facility like this and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of these services.

The environment is clean, fresh and very welcoming. The staff is very polite, willingness to assist you. The activity director Mrs. Karin Turner is awesome. When I come to visit my mother (Ernie Bullock), Mrs. Turner includes me in also. She's a valuable asset to this facility. The social gathering is fun, uplifting to my me and my mother. We have met nice, living, caring people here at Greensville Health and Rehabilitation Center (GH&RC). Mrs. Carolyn Foster, LPN is a highly skilled nurse. I talked with Mrs. Foster since my mother was admitted, she expressed to me that our concerns are important to them here at GH&RC. This is new to our family having our love one in this type of setting. Mrs. Foster render spiritual words of encouragement when I in question about my mother's stay. I thank God for her. She showed interest and concerned. The facility need more Mrs. Foster. Every CNA that my mother had, have been good and willing to take care of her. I have heard negativity talking among other staff members at the desk, while others are doing their job. Thanks to Mrs. Jackie, D.O.N for helping me out with my mother. The physical therapy dept. has an outstanding staff. The dietary dept. made sure that my mother was served foods that she liked and foods she could not have was avoided. I will recommend friends and other family members to your family. Thanks for all the great work that everyone here are doing. Keep up the great work!!!!
