We had a wonderful experience with Fairfield Post Acute Rehab. From the moment my mom arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home. Everyone--from the nurses to Physical Therapy to the administrative team--was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and attentive. They treated my mom with genuine kindness and respect, and we always felt she was in very good hands.
The communication with our family was excellent, and any concerns or questions we had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully. It's clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and their families.
We're so grateful for the care and love they have showed my mom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for high-quality skilled nursing care. Thank you all for everything!

My mom stayed in this facility for a few months and is known to be an incredibly difficult person. The amount of hospitality and kindness that my mom was shown throughout her stay despite her difficult demeanor by not only all of the wonderful nurses, but also by Shirelle, Christina, and Kassy in case management is beyond anything we could have expected. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.. from affordability to cleanliness, to patient care, this place went far beyond my expectations in caring for my mom.

I think these reviews of how wonderful this place is, I believe they had have been paid to say these things. My mom was here a little over month and she is traumatized. She constantly repeats things that we're done to her. It breaks my heart how cruel people can be to elderly.. These poor people are put in these places by family members mist of them for gotten about., but on top of that mistreated. There was always someone there with my mom, but later in the evening hrs is when things would happen. My mom is like the sweetest lady, she is quiet kind, she doesn't ever want to be a burden for anyone. Her toes were crushed while someone pushing her in a wheel chair, they ran her toes into the carts they store the trays after meals, when removing her puewick from her private area they just pulled it out pulling her hair and skin with it. , I caught them giving her the wrong medication. These are just a few things that my poor mom experiance in this place of nightmares. If you love your family member please don't put them in one of these places, , I have devoted myself to caring for my mom, it's a hard job a lot of work bit I rather do what I have to do to keep her out of there. There were a few very caring and loving nurses that were very good at what they did they showed my mom that they did care, we appreciated them so much. But there were so many that are so hateful. If you love your family member don't do it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Leah DON, Sarah admissions, Leslie Medical records director, Laura Business office manager and Rav DOR and Shomnal administrator at a team building event. I must say that these young individuals have raised the bar of professionalism. A team that respects and embraces each other, supporting each member to grow and succeed is true leadership. I was very impressed with their quality of dialogue and communication related to improving on their goals. Which seemed to be in unison. " the quality of care for the residents they serve"
Keep up the great work you all do.
Thank you for your service
Much appreciated.
