My mother has been rehabilitating here for over a month now and through her ups and downs these guys have been very helpful to not only her, but also to the rest of our family. After a slow start caused by her 2nd hip replacement, she is now getting a little stronger every day. My mom also has the beginning of Alzheimer, and the nurses seem to go out of their way to keep her comfortable. Caring for a senior is a perpetual learning experience and many things will go wrong. Thank you for the extra mile your staff goes to ensure my mom is receiving quality care and thank you for the way you treat the rest of the family.

Fayetteville Center for Nursing & Healing is a place where compassion meets professionalism. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, dedication, and genuine care that the staff provide. The team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and supported—both physically and emotionally.
The environment is clean, calming, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a setting that feels more like home than a facility. Nurses, aides, therapists, and administrative staff work together with remarkable teamwork and kindness. Their patience, encouragement, and attention to detail make a real difference in the healing journey.
Rehabilitation services are outstanding; therapists are skilled, motivating, and truly invested in each resident’s progress. Families can rest with peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful and overwhelmed with excitement about my mom’s experience so far, which has just been a few hours. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Kim, who has shown such wonderful communication throughout this process. Every insight she shared about the facility has been spot on, and her knowledge, along with her caring spirit, has truly eased my worries about my mom being here. Thank you, Kim.
I also want to acknowledge the kindness of the entire staff. Nurse Gloria Gordon has been exceptional, and Marquita’s sweet demeanor made such a difference; she showered my mom with love, and it was lovely to see that connection between them. Marquita treated my mom with such genuine hospitality, and I can’t thank her enough for that.
As for the front desk receptionist though I can't remember her name she was incredibly helpful and a true source of knowledge. Your support has meant the world to us during this time. Thank you all!
PS
I’ll return after we’ve spent about a week or two here to share our entire experience with you. I genuinely look forward to reflecting on everything we encounter together.

Our family’s experience has been disappointing. My relative was hospitalized more than once due to neglectful medical care and we have never met a doctor claimed to be on staff. The PA (Joan) doesn’t communicate or seem knowledgeable of anything medically. The admissions rep gives false hope of proper facility care in hospitals but once patients arrive, no one follows through. The finance office (Pamela) is unprofessional, fails to communicate, and mishandles resident funds. Personal items are always missing or misplaced and we are constantly spending money to replace and told it’s nothing they can do. Always being told it’s not their “Policy” to replace items. Staff turnover is high and training is poor. The only consistent professionals are Maya and Rachel at the front desk always kind and helpful. Physical therapy manager provides great care and will follow up. If another facility were nearby, we would have chosen differently. This place needs serious improvement in training, communication, and accountability. Not mention it’s Veterans Day today and didn’t see any signs of recognition for those who served including my loved one. Pitiful

If I could give them no stars, I would please do not go by how many stars they have because that is what I did they almost killed my father. If you love your loved ones please don’t put them there. They will kill them. The staff is unattended the doctors don’t care the social workers. Don’t care. All they want is the Medicaid Medicare money and whatever money that you can give. Their money based that’s it that’s all they have a nurse just rude and unprofessional I wish I can give you the name, but she dark skinned and big and that’s putting it nice.
