The bright spots at Lakeview are the therapists (PT, OT, and speech) as well as Devin Warren and Mirissa Weber. Other than these people, there is little to recommend at this facility. My mother was here for rehab, but it felt like she was in a nursing home. Of course, Lakeview actually is a nursing home as well as a rehab center, but the quality of care there depressed my mom - as if she was going to be there forever. (The only good thing about this was that it motivated her to do whatever it took to get out of there.) Most troubling about the care was the delayed response time after pressing her assistance button. It often took over an hour for someone to come. If someone there had an emergency, they would be long dead before anyone noticed. This is not only sad, but dangerous. Because of this, I would only recommend Lakeview to someone coming for outpatient therapy, nothing else.

My husband was there. He was neglected. He can’t talk and move . They left him without water and food. Sometimes the food tube drains on him😭it was hell for him. I have to talk to many people to get his attention. After all his stuff was stolen ( phone, holy oil, massage products). They have to review the nurses and the CNAs. Only the housekeeper works great.

The business offices staff is a joke! They don't return phone call's and when you do get ahold of them they seem clues. The residents should be able to get there own money when they want it, however these ladies are normal gone before 3:30pm Monday - Friday. My love one goes to the business office at least once a week to get there money and it's never available. Lori will say I need to go to the bank. I don't know how many times she here's this.

Don’t bring your love ones here unless you’ve written there will and said your goodbyes. This place is where call lights go to die. You could press that button with your last breath and they'd still ignore you like you owed them money. Need water? Good luck. Need meds? Keep dreaming. Try calling the facility? Might as well call the moon—you’ll get a faster response. It’s a circus in here, but the clowns forgot they’re supposed to care for humans, not haunt them.. Can't wait for my dad rehab is over. Read the reviews people,

WARNING: If you ever want to see your loved one again, do NOT send them to this facility. This place is a nightmare dressed as a care center. The staff don’t care about your family member’s health, safety, or dignity—they care about ONE thing: a paycheck. Compassion? Nowhere to be found. Accountability? Nonexistent. Call lights go unanswered for hours. Medication schedules? Completely ignored. If your loved one needs medication at a certain time—good luck. You’d better pray nothing serious happens while they wait, because the neglect here is so severe, it’s as if they’re being set up to die slowly and silently. If a resident dares to speak up or express discomfort, the staff's response? “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” The audacity to say that to someone elderly, vulnerable, and often bedbound is absolutely disgusting. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and clearly burned out or never belonged in healthcare to begin with. Phones don’t get answered. Families are kept in the dark. The basic human decency you’d expect for someone’s grandparent, parent, or spouse doesn’t exist here. This place needs to be investigated, exposed, and shut down immediately. These are people’s lives, not numbers in a budget or names on a room chart. If you’re considering this place for your loved one, RUN. Don’t walk. To management: Do better—or get out of healthcare entirely. This is beyond unacceptable. It's criminal.
