The staff here is great! The communication is excellent! A few days after my mother was admitted, Lauren, the wonderful social worker, set up a meeting with all 5 heads of their departments!!! My mother has been in 2 hospitals, 1 transitional care unit and now Kei-Ai. None of the other facilities came remotely close, when it comes to communication! They work together as a team in deciding how to treat the patient. It was truly and amazing meeting! I took one star off for cleanliness. Communication and staff 5+!!

My experience at [Healthcare Facility Name] was outstanding. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made check-in simple. The nurses were attentive and compassionate, ensuring I felt comfortable the entire time. My provider was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility itself was very clean and organized. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

My uncle has been receiving care at Kei-Ai Bay Health Center, and I couldn't be more grateful for the staff. They treat patients with compassion and respect, and they also keep families informed and involved in the care process. The nurses always take time to explain what's happening and answer our questions. It gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands. The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to visitors. I truly appreciate the support they give not just to patients, but to families as well.

My father has been at KEI for a few years now. The staff has gone above and beyond. There are so many people I would want to commend. Starting with the nurse practitioner Catherine Jiminez-who is so attentive, competent and easily accessible. The dietitian Wency Lee has literally made our experience feel like we are family. Wow is all I have to say. My interactions with all the nurses has been commendable. The CNA Aaron is absolutely invaluable. Once again- wow. The Activities program has been a lifesaver for our family. My father wasn’t very familiar with FaceTime and Aleesha and Rhoda-have been available via  texting to make sure our FaceTime appointments give us access to the most important person-our loved one. And I can’t forget the sweet lady that shaves my father and tends to his needs.  Thank you for all the caring attentiveness given. You have no idea how much it means to us all 😇🙏🏻

My grandma stayed at Kei-Ai South Bay and we had a good experience overall. The staff was kind and attentive, and the place felt clean and welcoming. She enjoyed the activities and meals, and the rehab team really helped her recovery. Grateful for the care she received here.
