DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! The care is terrible and the communication is even worse! We have caught them in numerous lies that have put our loved one in serious health complications. They've changed medicines and diets, they will not give us documentation or proof of who made these decisions. They just want your money and don't care about the level of care they give. I will be telling everyone how absolutely dangerous this place is. The nurses turn their name tags around and the doctors won't even answer calls. We have contacted the state and will continue to elevate this. I'm am disgusted and they should be ashamed to call themselves professionals.
I'm not one to post anything, but felt the need to review Greenfields of Geneva.
Let me start off by saying this place is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. We are always greeted with a smile. The rooms are kept clean and are very warming. I can't express how grateful we are to all the staff, nurses, therapist's etc that took wonderful care of our mother Christine.
The love, kindness, and patience from everyone was truly a blessing. The kitchen staff rocked!! My mom loved them all!! Thank you all for going above and beyond your job title. You are all truly amazing and wonderful at Greenfields of Geneva. I highly recommend Greenfields of Geneva.

I dropped off some flowers to my mother-in-law for Valentine’s Day! The Greenfield staff is always super friendly! The dessert looked so amazing today that I took a photo!
My mother-in-law has been living in the independent apartments at Greenfields now for almost 4 months. It is a wonderful community with wonderful staff and residence!
Family member was left sitting in wet, had to take her out via ambulance because she was the neglected and they were annoyed by her trying to get their attention when really it was symptoms of a uti. Then they wouldn't let her come back after discharge. I guess because they knew they screwed up.
This establishment is very nice and is full of happy residents. I especially love the dining area Savanna. The food is always good and different plus the servers there are wonderful. The sunday buffets, especially the holiday ones, are just fantastic.
