Raw sewage leaking throughout the building black mold everywhere. When the inspectors came to look at issues the maintence department was told to redirect them to other parts of the building The company constantly has unlicenced people doing commercial work in the facilty. People living in filth. Understaffed constantly Place should be condemed shut down by the state.

This facility could not provide proper care to our family member from the beginning of their arrival. Nursing staff wasn't competent with dressing changes. The patient arrived early afternoon and no meds were available at 730 pm at night. Nursing staff was rude about the issues going on and didn't want address the problems. But the nastiest issue was that staff didn't even give the patient a clean urinal upon admission. The patients roommate gave an extra he had. When I found this out I requested a clean urinal. Also there was no evening shift supervisor. Only two nurses in the whole facility weren't agency.

This facility does not keep the same nurses so the patients do not get good care. They don't wash the patients face everyday so their faces be covered in bums. Who ever is over the nurses that do work there is very rude and a liar. She pretends she never said something she actually said and she is very rude in her demeanor when talking to people. The room they show you that your loved one will be in at the showing to get you to enroll your loved one is NOT the room they will actually stay in. They switch them to a tiny room that's not at all what they told you from the beginning. They give only bed baths for weeks and lie and tell you they have been giving proper baths. DONT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY WITHOUT A CAMERA!!!! They be short staffed and your loved one will be neglected. If you can't visit your loved one a lot DONT BRING THEM HERE, they will be neglected!!!!!!! This facility is not a good choice over all think 5 times before you send your loved one here!

The staff made sure I never felt alone. They were always there to chat and made me feel like part of the family.

Our family couldn't be happier with the care our loved one receives here. The staff is kind and attentive.
