This place is terrible. My wife was admitted yesterday morning after being 4 days post op from hip surgery. They were late on her first dose of pain meds and she was crying she hurt so bad. Then she called me at 12am because they were 2 hours late and crying again. I know for a fact they can pull from the vault. They received her orders that morning and still hadn't had her pills in when we got there at 3pm. Again still no pills at 1am. Do not take your loved ones here. I will be filing a complaint against them.

The reviews online were bad, so I should have just stayed at the hospital. I just got here Wednesday afternoon and it's been a fight both times to get my pain meds. Have been waiting over an hour now for this 2nd dose. The nurse is trying, but pharmacy won't release them even though doctor ordered them for every 4 hours. Am not getting any of my other meds or vitamins yet either. The staff cares, but it's out of their hands. The food I experienced so far was halfway decent. My pain level is at a 10 and it hasn't been this high since surgery 4 days ago. I feel like I'm declining here, where as I was thriving at the hospital and even lowered my dose of pain meds.

My dad was sent there to recover from back surgery. He is blind. Every single night ge said he was in severe pain and not getting his meds. Last night, 2 things happened. Someone came into his room and demanded to put their hands down his pants 'to see if he was dry(!)". My dad is NOT incontinent!! When they came with his meds, his pain meds were missing and he was treated like an idiot just because he was blind doesnt mean he cannot tell what he is or isn't taking. The med person came back with something other than his pain meds. Who knows what the hell he was given!!! He is allowed a certain amount every shift and he NEVER got the full amount either!!!

I recently went in for a tour, and the Admissions Director, Letisha was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely welcoming and provided all the necessary information, which made the process easy and far less stressful. The facility is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a very positive experience!

My great grandmother has been sent here multiple times and it’s like every time it gets worse. There has been times we visit that we find her medication and we find out she didn’t take it, we have found it three separate times and every time a nurse gives us attitude and makes an excuse on why my grandmother didn’t get her medication. Recently my great grandmother called me and my family and 1 in the morning telling us she was in the hospital again and we didn’t get a call from the nurse in charge or any other nurse, also they don’t answer the call lights until they want to but even then they will tell them to wait and turn it off and just leave half the time they don’t come back unless a family member is in there.
