The recent renovation at Ignite has truly transformed the entire experience for residents and families. The updated aesthetics are beautiful—bright, modern, and welcoming, creating such a comforting environment. Beyond the stunning improvements to the facility itself, the level of care and professionalism from the staff is exceptional.
From nursing to therapy to administration, every team member demonstrates genuine compassion and expertise. They go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. It’s clear that the focus is not only on quality medical care but also on creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.
Thank you to everyone at Ignite for your dedication and the pride you take in your work. The combination of excellent care, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding staff truly sets this facility apart.
I was impressed during my visit here. My friend, who is the patient, had been happy here. They love the staff and seem to really like the accommodations. I was impressed at the cleanliness and politeness of staff. The OT room looked really nice. I was especially impressed with the little apartment like room they have to help patients in OT with getting back to everyday chores to aid in getting back their independence.
First impression upon entering Ignite is very positive. Sign In is very good. Take photo, phone# and a ID tag is printed out for safety reasons. Lobby is very clean, decorated fashionable. Rooms are clean. Service seems to be good. Might be a good look at if looking for senior rehab or other related services.
Nicole Rios was one of the first people I met. I was going to get a shower that day. She was so kind & caring, and made me feel so comfortable. After that I was lucky enough to encounter her several times. People don't realize the jobs they do for the money they get. They have to change dirty diapers throughout their shift. She would do that with out a complaint.
She has such a good outlook on life and makes people smile. Any company would be lucky to get her.
Lots of positives to share with regards to Ignite Medical Resort:
- The room was spacious and cleaned every day.
- The recliner in the room was an added bonus!
- The nurses and CNAs are always kind and helpful.
- The PT staff is outstanding. Both Jaz and Gus are top notch! They are both extremely knowledgeable, take the time to explain the “why” for activities/exercises and are kind, genuine therapists who make therapy fun!
- The doctors check-in on you frequently and want to know your concerns.
My only negative has to do with the food. Ignite offers very few options for a vegetarian diet and often ran out of the items I could order.
